Building Description

Chelsea Enclave is a full-service luxury condo located between 20th and 21st streets on Ninth Avenue in West Chelsea’s Historic District. Designed by Polshek Partnership Architects, with interiors designed by Alan Wanzenberg, this new 53-residence development combines new construction with the historic Gothic Revival architecture of the surrounding General Theological Seminary.
