Urban Associates LLC and its affiliated entities, including The Brodsky Organization (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data when you visit or interact with the website located at www.brodsky.com and related communications (collectively, the “Services”), and the rights and choices you have.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Services and in email, text, chat, and other electronic communications between you and the Services. It does not apply to information collected offline, on any other website or application that does not link to this Policy, or by any third party, including through advertising or content that may link to or be accessible from the Services. We may provide separate or supplemental privacy notices for specific features or services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy.

2. Children and Minors

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information without restriction.

Sharing for advertising. We disclose personal data to advertising networks and analytics and measurement providers that use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not exchange personal data for money. However, because we receive valuable consideration in the form of advertising, targeting, and measurement services, this activity constitutes “sharing” and may constitute a “sale” as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and targeted advertising under other state privacy laws. You may opt out at any time as described in “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” below.

Categories shared. The categories of personal data we share for cross-context behavioral advertising are: identifiers (including IP address and cookie, advertising, and device identifiers); internet or other electronic network activity information (including browsing activity and information about your interactions with the Services); and inferences drawn from that information, such as inferred housing interests. We share these categories with advertising networks and with analytics and measurement providers.

We do not share sensitive personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share the personal data of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

Marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

9. How We Protect Personal Data

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, consistent with applicable law, including the New York SHIELD Act. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Services; any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate the Services and our business, manage leasing and property operations, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 12. U.S.-Focused Services

The Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
