Credit & Debit Cards Fees (for ClickPay): Credit Cards 2.95% ($15 for VISA) and debit $9.95 per transaction (foreign transaction fee: additional 1.00% fee applies when using an international credit card).
Utilities: Cable, internet, telephone, and electricity costs: Based on usage. 
Additional Security Deposit & Rent Increase: As required per the lease and allowed under applicable law.
Renters’ Insurance: Required policy (you may obtain through your preferred provider).
The Guarantors or Rhino: Optional, if you use these services, their applicable fees will apply.
Late Fees: 5% or $50 per instance, whichever is less. 
NSF Fee: $50 per instance.

Damage Fees: Billed at cost for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Lounge/Party Room Event Fees: As billed by the hour, optional - if available
Bicycle Storage Fee:Optional $25 per month, per bike.

NOTICE: This is a no fee apartment available for rent directly to the public. Owner will not charge or collect or pay any brokers’ fees. Owner does not authorize any broker to relist this apartment for rent. Brokers must present a prior agreement between the broker and any prospective tenant in which the tenant has hired the broker and agreed to pay the broker’s fee. Without such agreement, broker will not be permitted to show the apartment.

Building Description

The Beaux Arts is a landmarked, renovated hotel built in 1929, consisting of mirror-image buildings. The two buildings house an assortment of rare features such as duplexes with floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and original art deco accents. The buildings are conveniently located blocks away from Grand Central Station and the United Nations.

There is an optional amenity fee of $75 per person, per month.
