Condo and CO-OP

Since the 1980's, The Brodsky Organization has developed and marketed more than 1,500 condominium and cooperative apartments. New construction was designed to complement surrounding neighborhoods, while building restorations carefully maintained the architectural integrity of the original structures. As a testament to the company's design and management skills, virtually all of the condominiums were completed ahead of schedule, and many were sold before construction was completed.
