PROSPECT HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Nearly 100 apartments in the latest Pacific Park building have hit the affordable housing lottery, but only for those making at least $53,000 a year, records show.
The 662 Pacific St. building — called "Plank Road" after the road that once ran across the property — opened applications on the Department of Housing Preservation and Development affordable housing lottery this week.
The Prospect Heights building is the latest in the controversial 22-acre project known as Pacific Park, or Atlantic Yards.
